Currently serving in a CFO, CHRO, or CRO title
FinanceEVP, SVP, VP, or Head of equivalent titles must report directly to the CEO
HR and Revenue EVP, SVP, VP, or Head of equivalent titles must report directly to a C-level leader and be part of the executive leadership team
The most senior person in the function, overseeing the entire finance, HR, or revenue organization
Membership for each community is limited to one qualified executive leader per function, per company
Independent advisors, consultants, or fractional leaders must be currently working with companies that fit the above company criteria OR have at least 5 years of experience as C-level leader at a growth stage, venture-backed company
